Perfect Turkey Every Time: Use a Reynold Plastic Bag


 To make the perfect turkey every time cook it in a ReynoldsPlastic Bag.  I cooked an 18 pound turkey for thanksgiving for three hours stuffed.  It was moist and cooked all the way through in a short time.

Just take out the giblets and neck.  Then put the defrosted turkey inside the bag.  Cut slits with a knife to let the air in.   

It's so easy you don't have to baste and its very tender.  


I also went outside to pick herbs from our garden.  In Texas the temperatures are mild enough to keep the garden alive.

Dressing tastes better with fresh peppers, cilantro and oregano.  


I give thanks for our beautiful eggplant.



My mother used the same Thanksgiving turkeys for the table.
