Decorating With Texas Bluebonnets

In France Lavendar is celebrated each year with fields of purple.  In Texas Bluebonnets decorate fields with a carpet of blue.  In the spirit of French Country I like to bring the colors of nature inside.

Bluebonnet placemats decorate our table to remind us of this special wildflower.

At the top of each Texas Bluebonnet is a Texas Star.  There is always design in nature.

If you get a chance to come to Texas April is the best month because bluebonnets pop up on the side of the road.

There are several trails to take in Texas.

Ennis Bluebonnet Trail is 56 mintues south of Dallas.

There is a Bluebonnet Festival in Chappell Hill north Houston  April 10th.  In Ennis there is a Bluebonnet Festival April 17th.
