French Country Garden in a Texas Summer

Texas sunshine gives light so vegetables can grow.

Purple eggplant thrives growing on vines.  

Pink Rose Buds grow to add color and fragrance.

Center of Hibiscus flower has a deep pink color.  

Green peppers grow from a white flower.  

Flowers have stripes in their petals.  

White stripes flow down purple eggplant.  

A collection of glass bottles radiates the sunshine.  

Slice eggplant and peppers to cook with Cod Fish.

Place on top of fish and cook in the oven at 400 degrees.  

Step outside and dine in a French Country Garden in a Texas summer.
